What is the ELITE plan?
ELITE plan is our next generation adaptive platform. It simulates a real life like environment for your child to prepare from the first day. Specifically it learns how the student learns best, identifies the areas of strength and weaknesses. Based on the usage over a few weeks, then it tailors the instructional material and what quizzes to administer. In our internal testing it reduces the preparation time almost 4X as compared to the traditional coaching. It is still under beta testing and we are working to build out the AI enabled platform.
Can I be a beta tester?
Absolutely. Both CORE and FOUNDATION plan members are eligible to be a beta tester. We will do a random drawing by the beginning of June to include a few more beta testers.
What is your cancellation policy?
The FOUNDATION plan is free (for a limited time period). For the CORE plan, depending on your subscription, you can cancel anytime before the next renewal date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds.
Do you offer discounts?
For all paid plans, we provide deep discounts for annual plans as compared to monthly plans.
Will my child win the Spelling Bee?
There are no guarantees of winning. We can only provide the best instructions and an opportunity to give your best. There are multiple things beyond our control that make it impossible to ascertain the probability of success.
